How We Work

Finding You the Perfect London Nanny or Maternity Nurse

We realise all our Nannies and Maternity Nurses are the face of the Agency and we pride ourselves on our selective recruitment process, All candidates presented meet our stringent registration process and will have the minimum of 5 years consecutive experience working in a private home, ensuring only qualified and experienced child care professional are introduced for your consideration

We Assess

Please complete our online registration form and tell us about your child care needs.

One of our consultants will make contact with you at the earliest opportunity to discuss your specific requirements and to introduce you to candidates matching your criteria.

We Interview

Each Nanny and Maternity Nurse is interviewed by one of our recruitment consultants and is required to complete the registration form providing their personal details, information relating to their childcare experience, education and employment history.

We Check

The identity of each nanny and maternity nurse against their passport

The validity of the DBS of each nanny and maternty nurse

The original childcare certificate(s) of qualification

Two references, we personally correspond with previous employers to confirm the suitability and competency of each nanny and maternity nurse.

Introducing our Nannies and Maternity Nurses

After all interviews and appropriate checks have been carried out, verified and deemed satisfactory, we will introduce our Nannies and Maternity Nurses most suited to you by their qualifications, experience and personality.

We maintain contact throughout the whole process and we offer the opportunity for both parties to have a telephone conversation before a “face to face” meeting, we only request that the client keep the Agency informed.

Once a placement is secured, we continue to offer on-going support, so whatever your concerns we are here to help and offer advice to both families, nannies and maternity nurses should it be required.
